The Vision answers the question, "Where do we want to go?" Creating this vision provided an exciting opportunity for citizens to come together, take a practical look at their area, and work co-operatively to articulate and describe a desired future. Through a series of community-wide workshops, residents developed a shared vision for the community, that can serve as the basis for future policy and initiatives. 

Sulphur's City Council and the Land Use Commission have both unanimously endorsed Vision Sulphur as a Planning Guide for the City. (May 2010)
