The first element of the Vision is Government. Without a knowledgeable, effective, efficient and transparent City government that is responsive and accountable to the citizens - the other elements of the Vision will not be achieved. It is the hope of the Vision Sulphur team that candidates seeking elected office in the City of Sulphur will agree to this Vision and work toward achieving it over the years to come.
